Should I Sell or Rent?

This is one of life’s great questions right? Should I sell or rent my property? Most homeowners bought their first home with the expectation they will live in it and when they are done with it, they will sell. So most of the time the question of whether to rent their property is rarely thought of. Usually the reason the question gets asked is because the homeowner has to ask that question due to extenuating circumstances. Or, sometimes it’s because the homeowner was introduced to real estate investing somehow or someway and now is considering holding onto their house after they move out.
