Apply to Rent a Property

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BELOW:

  1. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an individual application. 
  2. Application fees are non-refundable, once all required docs have been received.  Please allow as much as THREE business days for processing and a response.  We will reply to you.  Please note that applications are only processed during business hours.  
  3. Each field within the application must be completed, all require PDF files must be uploaded (IE: pay stubs, bank statements, etc.) must be provided.  There are several apps that help you turn your smart phone into a PDF scanner. Please download one if you don’t have access to a traditional scanner.  
  4. Pets: Outside of approved ESA and/or service animals, we do not accept aggressive dog breeds.  Other pets will be taken into consideration by the landlord however may or may not be approved.  If this is a material concern for you, please contact us.
  5. PLEASE NOTE:  The rental market is flourishing, therefore many rental properties move fast.  That said, don’t delay in submitting your application.  They will be processed as they are received.  Time is of the essence!

Note:

You will need the following to apply:

  1. Two most recent pay stubs (if paid bi-weekly, 4 if paid weekly)
  2. Gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent
  3. Credit score of at least 575 (exceptions can be made if the tenant is financially very strong)
  4. Valid form of US Government issued photo ID.  Both front and back side of the form of identification is required
  5. Current bank statement, all pages of the statement
  6. If not employed, a copy of the Offer Letter for Employment
  7. Any additional proof of income
  8. No criminal activity unless explained in extreme detail and approved by Management.  
  9. Three years of rental history and all necessary contact information
  10. Application Fee per adult:  $50
